1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services of StreamCraft Studios ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Description
StreamCraft Studios provides professional video recording, webinar streaming, and content production services for online courses, corporate training, and educational content. Our services include studio rental, equipment provision, technical support, and post-production editing.
3. Booking and Payment
Bookings: All studio bookings must be confirmed in advance. We require a deposit of 50% at the time of booking, with the balance due before or on the day of service.
Cancellations: Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled date receive a full refund minus a 10% processing fee. Cancellations made within 7 days forfeit the deposit. No-shows forfeit the full payment.
Rescheduling: Rescheduling is permitted up to 48 hours before the scheduled time, subject to availability.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
• Arrive on time for scheduled sessions
• Provide all necessary materials and content in advance
• Respect studio equipment and facilities
• Follow staff instructions regarding equipment use
• Ensure content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on third-party rights
5. Intellectual Property
Client Content: Clients retain all rights to their original content. By using our services, you grant us a license to record, edit, and process your content as necessary to provide our services.
Our Materials: All equipment, software, templates, and proprietary methods remain the property of StreamCraft Studios.
Portfolio Use: We may use excerpts of completed projects for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client projects and proprietary information. Staff members sign non-disclosure agreements, and we implement security measures to protect client data.
7. Limitation of Liability
StreamCraft Studios shall not be liable for:
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Technical failures beyond our reasonable control
• Client-provided content or materials
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
8. Equipment and Facility Use
Clients are responsible for any damage to equipment or facilities caused by negligence or misuse. We reserve the right to charge for repairs or replacement of damaged equipment.
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, power outages, government actions, or pandemics.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate agreements if:
• Client violates these terms
• Payment is not received as agreed
• Client engages in abusive or inappropriate behavior
• Content violates laws or ethical standards
11. Warranty Disclaimer
Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee specific results or outcomes.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Davao City.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
